This year, the Federal Government announced a major change to its Holiday Program to offer more than $200 million in grants to help states and localities with their holiday needs.

The changes come after the State and Local Holiday Initiative received $8.8 million in State Government Grants for 2019.

The Federal Government has also announced a number of additional holiday programs to support communities and local economies during the month of October.

The federal government also announced it is expanding the holiday program to include a National Holiday from November 1 to November 30.

The Holiday Program will now provide $300,000 for state and local governments, and will also be available for all eligible people.

The program will be available from November 3 to November 15.

The new program will allow states and communities to create their own Holiday celebrations and celebrations that are a “unique combination of local traditions, outdoor entertainment, and holiday-themed events.”

The program also allows the federal government to extend its support for local communities that need it most.

The Department of Labor will also offer $250,000 to assist local governments with holiday needs, as well as $1,000 per county per year to assist states and cities in providing holiday services.

The holiday program is not available to all state governments, however, and is only available to eligible workers.
