DECEMBER 11, 2017 – 12:47:30In December, the US saw the first record snowfall in 50 years and the first winter in nearly two decades without record warmth.

The weather pattern will return to normal in 2018, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) announced Friday.

While the holiday season will likely be a time for shopping, a lot of shoppers will still be able to get in on the action.

Here’s what you need to know about the best time to shop and how much money to expect to spend.

In the U.S., the holidays are a great time to go shopping, with the holiday period being just a few weeks short of being Christmas in all 50 states.

But shopping can be a hassle if you’re new to shopping and your budget isn’t tight enough.

Here are some things to look out for:Dec. 14 – The first snowfall is forecast in the mountains, the Rockies and the southern plains, and the National Weather Service is warning of potential flash flooding in parts of the Plains.

The cold air is expected to bring warmer temperatures and snow.

The last time a snowfall this big was recorded in the Midwest in February, 2016.

The National Weather Council expects to see up to 2 feet of snow in parts in the Dakotas, Mississippi and Louisiana, with more snow expected in the central and western half of the country.

A lot of holiday shoppers have to get to the store on Thursday and Friday to stock up on their holiday shopping.

Check the website of the National Retail Federation (NREF), which represents big retailers, to see if the store is open.

If you plan on heading out in the cold, there are some good deals to look for.

The NREF has a list of the best gift cards and coupons to consider.

Here’s what to do before you go shopping:Check out the store’s online calendar for the most popular times of year for shopping.

If you want to get a feel for what the season might bring, visit the NREFs website and look for “stock up” or “stock out.”

If you’re on a budget, consider making your purchases before Christmas and taking advantage of discounts.

In addition to the stock up and stock out, you may want to check the store for special promotions, like a discount on a pair of socks or a new car.

For example, the Nordschleife Nord-Ugendorp will give a discount of up to 20% on its winter coats.

To make sure you’re getting the best deal, shop on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

This is when the stores are busiest and when they typically sell the biggest numbers of items.

Check with your local retailer to make sure they have their best deals on items.

If there are no deals available on the day of your visit, shop online.
